EMCC Luxembourg’s Solidarity Coaching initiative connects professional volunteer coaches and mentors with individuals and organizations facing challenging circumstances. Through this program, EMCC members offer free coaching support to help people build resilience, navigate change, and move forward during tough times.

Coaching for women re-entering employment after a break
Since 2014, we have a Solidarity Coaching agreement with Dress for Success Luxembourg who support women with business dress outfits for their job interviews after a break in their professional activity. The coaching supports the women with job search, presentations for job interviews and their on-boarding processes. Up to 10 hours of Solidarity Coaching sessions are offered by EMCC Luxembourg members.
Coaching for local micro-entrepreneurs
Since 2023, we have a Solidarity Coaching agreement with Microlux : Microlux is a non-profit social enterprise whose mission is the social and economic inclusion of people who do not have access to traditional bank loans. EMCC Luxembourg coaches offer up to 10 hours coaching to entrepreneurs and project holders. The coaching partnership focuses on needs related to personal development, soft skills development and well-being of Microlux beneficiaries.
