We work together to set, progress and uphold high standards in coaching and mentoring practice in Luxembourg. We support our community through the contribution of our amazing volunteers, who lead and organise our workshops and events, sustain special projects, and serve on our governing board.

EMCC Luxembourg is a community of professional coaches, supervisors and mentors whose mission is to uphold ethics and quality, and to foster contribution to society by enhancing the professional development of its members through sharing experiences and best practice.

We are part of EMCC Global, which has over 16,000 members across more than 28 affiliated countries or regions. There are also direct members of EMCC Global in countries where a local EMCC does not yet exist, bringing the global reach to 85 countries.
